Can I cancel any time?
Cancellation Policy – If you enroll in the 12-Month Portal Membership using the monthly payment plan, you may cancel within the first 48 hours with a $50 early cancellation fee.
After 48 hours, cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance on your membership agreement.
Please note that Lifetime Memberships and Pay-in-Full Memberships are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded.
