These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made by and between The Manifestation Method and the user of this Site (personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using the Site; collectively, "you").
Use of the Site and any associated Products or Services is at your own risk. You accept, agree, and understand that you are fully responsible for your life choices, progress, and results from your participation, and that The Manifestation Method does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees verbally or in writing regarding any particular outcomes associated with the services. You alone are responsible for your actions and results in life. Member Policies
Upon purchasing any The Manifestation Method digital workshop or membership plan, the purchaser agrees to the following company policies. We reserve the right to make changes to any of our policies at any time. As a user of the website, you agree to these policies and any future revisions during your membership term. We will do our best to inform users of any adjustments made; however, it is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser to be aware of and understand the following policies.

Cancellation Policy
A Portal Membership member who chooses the 12-month payment plan may cancel their membership within the first 72 hours of enrollment for a $50 early cancellation fee. After 72 hours, cancellation requires payment of the remaining balance due under the membership agreement. If a member chooses to pay off their remaining balance, their access will be removed upon receipt of payment, and no refunds will be provided for previous payments.
All Lifetime Portal Membership purchases and Pay in Full Portal Memberships are final sale. These options are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund Policy
All purchases are final sale. Refunds will not be provided for previous months on the Portal Membership or a la carte purchases, regardless of whether the content has been accessed. The Manifestation Method reserves the right to refuse a refund or offer store credit to be used on future purchases at its sole discretion.
Occasional glitches or downtime on the Kajabi platform or our website may occur. We will work diligently to resolve these issues and report bugs. However, no refunds will be issued for temporary access issues or outages.

Billing Policy
Our billing system is automated and cannot accommodate requests to pause, skip, or adjust billing cycles. Portal Membership members who select the 12-month payment plan will be billed automatically every 30 days. Members selecting the Pay in Full or Lifetime Access options will be charged once, upon signup.
In the event of a failed payment on a 12-month plan, the system will retry on days 3, 7, and 14. If the final attempt fails, the membership will be canceled and access will be terminated.
If your membership is canceled due to billing failure, you may contact us within 30 days to resume the plan using a private link reflecting your remaining balance. If you previously had a discounted rate, you may request a discount code to retain it. After 30 days, you must enroll at the current membership rate.

Plan Expiration Policy
Access to the Portal Membership will automatically terminate upon the expiration of the plan. No renewal action is required. Memberships are not set to auto-renew.

Content Privacy Policy
All purchases of The Manifestation Method content, including workshops and Portal Memberships, are for individual use only and may not be shared. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited. We monitor IP addresses, login locations, and account activity for potential violations.
You may not use content from the workshops in private sessions, for monetary gain or otherwise. Teaching or sharing this material in any format, including text, video, or demonstrations, is prohibited. Posting any content on the internet or social platforms without permission is strictly prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in termination of access without refund and legal action.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute shall be resolved in Bergen County, New Jersey, and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
Before initiating formal action, contact us through the support chat and provide a written description of the dispute. We’ll attempt informal resolution for 60 days. Covered Matters not resolved will be subject to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will not permit class actions or consolidated claims.
